Features


The RE-PLAS plasticisers are saturated polyester resins used in the production of PVC and rubber items and provide resistance to volatility, chemical extraction and migration. These polymeric plasticisers are long chain polyesters with high molecular weight which results in a stable, durable and long lasting plastic or rubber product. The RE-PLAS range of plasticisers have been engineered to provide superior performance and permanence including resistance to dissolving, staining, cracking, heat, rain, and wind.

Grade Range


RE-PLAS has a range of polymeric plasticiser grades from low to high viscosity with varying properties to suit a variety of specialised requirements. Characteristics available within the range include excellent heat stability, heat aging and oil resistance. RE-PLAS plasticisers are also ideal when low toxicity is required. All products are adaptable and can be used alone or combined with monomeric plasticisers. There are over 20 grades available, many of which meet food contact standards.
